I always knew that I would be a teacher of sorts. I love learning and the feeling that I’m growing. I also enjoy educating others. I don’t know what it is, but seeing people learning something new is inspiring. It makes me realise that we’re just a life-long experiment ourselves and there’s always room for new skills.

I think my enjoyment of teaching others comes down to one simple rule for myself:

And that's what I want to do for you. I’m here to serve you in the best way that I can. The best for me is for you to tell me your ideas and for me to build a step-by-step roadmap that brings them to life.

I created The Small Wins Company from my experience and belief that our biggest breakthroughs in business are direct results from small wins. I want my piece of online real estate to be a space of celebration, inspiration and positive action for both you and me.

I believe in small wins

Small wins are what keeps us going. They’re also a simple way to celebrate every aspect of ourselves, not just the big stuff. Small wins always lead to big breakthroughs and I challenge all of my students and clients to celebrate the little moments in their journeys more often.

Transparency is paramount

I REFUSE to do anything other than be myself in everything I do. That includes being transparent - whether that includes costs, workload or hard conversations. I strive to be transparent about it all.

Community is a non-negotiable

I’m an introverted extrovert who feeds off of other’s energy and being a part of or building a community screams ‘YES, YES, YES!’ to my brain. My heart likes to get in on the action, too. Community is always a priority in my work and relationships. I will champion you in your weirdness and we’ll rule the online world together.

Knowledge is power and is meant to be shared

I’m a serial learner and I believe the more we know, the better decisions we can make. When we open up our vaults of knowledge and share we’re more powerful and informed. I love to share my knowledge with my community when I can.
